These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quant Invest System website at quantinvest.io and the purchase of Expert Advisor software ("Products") offered by Quant Invest System ("QIS", "we", "us"). By purchasing or downloading any of our Products, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing any Product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our Products.
2. Products — Digital Downloads
Our Products are Expert Advisor files (.mq5) for use with MetaTrader 5 trading platform. They are:
- Digital goods: Delivered as downloadable files via a time-limited secure link sent to your email address after purchase.
- Non-transferable license: Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA on your own MetaTrader 5 accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the EA files.
- No source code: EAs are provided as compiled .ex5 files or uncompiled .mq5 files. We do not warrant that you can modify or decompile them.
- Updates: We may release updated versions of EAs. We will notify purchasers by email when significant updates are available. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
3. Payment and Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD. VAT/taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Your purchase is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a download link.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already completed purchases.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@quantinvest.io with your order ID. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property
All Expert Advisor code, documentation, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Quant Invest System and are protected by copyright law. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our EA code
- Reverse-engineer or decompile our compiled EAs
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
- Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without written permission
- Resell or redistribute our Products in any form
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Products are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The EA will generate profits or achieve any specific trading results
- The EA will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Past backtesting or paper trading performance will be replicated in live trading
- The EA is compatible with all brokers, account types, or MetaTrader 5 versions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIS shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from your use of our Products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
You acknowledge that forex trading involves significant financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
8. Risk Warning
Forex and CFD trading is high risk. Expert Advisors automate trading decisions but cannot eliminate market risk. You could lose some or all of your trading capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Read our full Risk Disclosure.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or Products to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity
- Circumvent technical protection measures
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Poland. EU consumers retain the right to use their local court system or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers and posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
