Our Commitment
We believe in our Expert Advisors and stand behind every product we sell. If you purchase an EA and are not satisfied within 30 days, we will issue a complete refund of your purchase price. We don't ask for reasons, though feedback is always appreciated.
How to Request a Refund
- Send us an email at hello@quantinvest.io within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Include your Order ID — you can find this in your purchase confirmation email or on the success page after checkout. The Order ID starts with "cs_".
- We process your refund within 1–3 business days of receiving your request. The refund appears in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.
Refund Eligibility
- ✓ Purchased within the last 30 days
- ✓ You provide your order ID
- ✓ Applies to all EA products in our store
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available after 30 days from the purchase date.
- We do not issue partial refunds for bundle purchases (if applicable).
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product) may result in account suspension.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card via Stripe, or PayPal if applicable). We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
Processing time after approval: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
